Job Description:<\/p>\n

Prepare teaching materials and outlines for courses<\/p>\n
Prepare, administer and mark tests and papers to evaluate students’ progress<\/p>\n
Prepare reports<\/p>\n
Operate audio-visual equipment<\/p>\n
Conduct course and program evaluation or review<\/p>\n
Deliver lectures and presentations<\/p>\n
Teach students through lectures, discussions, audio-visual presentations and laboratory, shop and field studies<\/p>\n
Prepare and deliver a broad range of health and safety training programs<\/p>\n
Maintain training equipment and inventory materials<\/p>\n
Develop training curriculum and update course materials<\/p>\n
Support administrative function and client outreach<\/p>\n
May drive between clients\u2019 locations<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
– Education: Completion of secondary education is required<\/p>\n
– Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the field is required<\/p>\n
– Experience as an adult educator is required.<\/p>\n
– Must have certifications prior to delivering the same curriculum. Our company will assist the worker obtaining the required certifications.<\/p>\n
– Knowledge of health and safety is required due to the nature of the training.<\/p>\n
– Experience managing large groups, with strong communication skills.<\/p>\n
– Valid driver’s license is required.<\/p>\n
– Ability to supervise up to 20 people.<\/p>\n

Preferred certificates, licenses, memberships, and courses:<\/p>\n
Formal personnel management training or experience
\nAdministrative and supervisory training or experience
\nFamiliarity with training program auditing process
\nAptitude for delivering train-the-trainer programs
\nValid Standard First Aid\/CPR Level C or higher
\nHazardous materials training
\nManual handling training
\nSalary: $41.21 hourly, 40 hours per week<\/p>\n
