Overtime may be<br \/>\nrequired from 45-48 hours and would be paid at 1.5 x per hour. Two days off per week on<br \/>\nSaturday and Sunday. One year of relevant professional childcare experience required.<br \/>\nMinimum of Equivalent Canadian High School diploma required. 7:15 AM-6:15 PM<br \/>\nMonday-Friday. Mid day break. Job located in North York (Bathurst &amp; Wilson).<br \/>\nEnglish language spoken and written, required. Work to take place in employers home.<br \/>\nSupervise and care for children in employer\u2019s residence. Plan, cook meals and feed<br \/>\nchildren. Light housekeeping for children. Oversee children\u2019s activities. Maintain a safe<br \/>\nand healthy environment in the home. Instruct children in personal hygiene. Tend to the<br \/>\nemotional well-being of children and support their social development. Discipline children<br \/>\naccording to the methods requested. Organize and participate in activities such as games,<br \/>\ncrafts, reading and outings. Walk to and from school, activities, programs. Homework<br \/>\nsupervision.<br \/>\nGood communication and decision making skills are essential.
