Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant\u2019s profits<\/p>\n
Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies<\/p>\n
Evaluate daily operations<\/p>\n
Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget<\/p>\n
Monitor revenues to determine labour cost<\/p>\n
Monitor staff performance<\/p>\n
Plan and organize daily operations<\/p>\n
Recruit staff<\/p>\n
Set staff work schedules<\/p>\n
Supervise staff<\/p>\n
Train staff<\/p>\n
Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures<\/p>\n
Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms<\/p>\n
Conduct performance reviews<\/p>\n
Cost products and services<\/p>\n
Enforce provincial\/territorial liquor legislation and regulations<\/p>\n
Organize and maintain inventory<\/p>\n
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/p>\n
Education:\u00a0Completion of secondary school OR other programs related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is required<\/p>\n
Experience:\u00a0A minimum of 3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, is required. If the candidate does not have at least 3 years of experience, a post-secondary certificate related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is required.<\/p>\n
Knowledge of Mexican cuisine is required due to the nature of the business.<\/p>\n

Important Information:\u00a0Flexibility in schedule is required. The employee will work 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.<\/p>\n
