Job Summary<\/strong>
\nWe are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide support and assistance to

Responsibilities<\/strong>
\nAssist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
\nProvide companionship and emotional support to individuals of all ages
\nSupport developmental and educational activities tailored to individual needs
\nImplement care plans developed by healthcare professionals or program coordinators
\nEngage in teaching and learning activities that promote growth and development
\nMonitor health and safety conditions within the environment and report concerns promptly
\nMaintain accurate documentation of care provided and progress notes
\nFoster a positive, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere for all clients<\/p>\n

Experience<\/strong>
\nPrior classroom experience or experience working with children is highly desirable
\nExperience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is preferred
\nBackground in teaching or early childhood education is a plus
\nPrevious caregiving experience demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism is
\nbeneficial
\nStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations are
\nessential

\nPerform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
\nWash, iron and press clothing and household linens
\nBathe, dress and feed infants and children
\nDiscipline children according to the methods requested by the parents
\nInstruct children in personal hygiene and social development
\nMaintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
\nOrganize, activities such as games and outings for children
\nPrepare and serve nutritious meals
\nPrepare infants and children for rest periods
\nSupervise and care for children
\nTend to emotional well-being of children
