Job Description:<\/p>\n

Prepare production and other reports<\/p>\n
Supervise workers and projects<\/p>\n
Co-ordinate and schedule activities<\/p>\n
Set up machines and equipment<\/p>\n
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed<\/p>\n
Read blueprints and drawings<\/p>\n
Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies<\/p>\n
Leading\/instructing individuals<\/p>\n
Technical execution (fiberglass pool installs)<\/p>\n
Lead excavation, base prep, pool set, leveling, and backfill sequencing.<\/p>\n
Coordinate and assist with plumbing rough-ins and trade coordination as needed.<\/p>\n
Track consumables and tool needs, report low inventory before it becomes an emergency.<\/p>\n
Complete daily field reports (progress, blockers, tomorrow plan, requests, issues).<\/p>\n
Document daily and milestone photos using CompanyCam, following our photo standard.<\/p>\n
Collect, label, and submit site receipts and required log sheets to the office on time.<\/p>\n
Collect, validate, and approve site time cards\/time sheets on schedule.<\/p>\n
Identify, document, and report change requests and issues to head office with photos<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/p>\n
Education:\u00a0Completion of secondary education is required<\/p>\n
Experience:\u00a0At least 2 years of experience in the industry are required.<\/p>\n
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Physically demanding, Attention to detail, Handling heavy loads, Ability to work independently<\/p>\n

Important Information:\u00a0Flexibility is required. The regular schedule is 8 hours per day, scheduled between 6:30 am and 5:00 pm, from Monday to Friday. Work on weekends and overtime may be required depending on the business needs.<\/p>\n
