Job Description:<\/p>\n
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages<\/p>\n
Manage cash<\/p>\n
Order merchandise<\/p>\n
Authorize return of merchandise<\/p>\n
Organize and maintain inventory<\/p>\n
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/p>\n
Education: Completion of secondary school is required.<\/p>\n
Experience: At least one year of experience as retail salesperson or sales clerk, cashier, telemarketer, door-to-door salesperson or rental agent is required.<\/p>\n
Work setting: Rural area, Retail service establishment.<\/p>\n
Computer skills: Experience with sales software and troubleshooting as needed. Knowledge of inventory management systems is considered an asset.<\/p>\n

Important Information:<\/p>\n
Flexibility in scheduling is required. This is a shift-work position; candidates must be available for day shifts, evening shifts, as well as weekends and holidays. Shifts vary between four and nine hours per day, up to six days a week as needed. The most common shifts are 9:00 a.m. \u2013 5:00 p.m. or 12:00 p.m. \u2013 7:00 p.m. The earliest start time is 6:45 a.m. and the latest finish time is 9:00 p.m.<\/p>\n
