Job Description:<\/p>\n

Perform pre-operational inspection<\/p>\n
Read blueprints to determine work requirements<\/p>\n
Instruct apprentices<\/p>\n
Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs<\/p>\n
Assist in demolishing buildings<\/p>\n
Perform routine maintenance work<\/p>\n
Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites<\/p>\n
May drive to and from work locations<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/p>\n
Education: Some secondary education is required<\/p>\n
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the trade is required.<\/p>\n
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Physically demanding, Tight deadlines, Manual dexterity, Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Attention to detail, Hand-eye coordination, Sound discrimination, Sitting.<\/p>\n
