Job Duties:<\/p>\n

Load, unload and transport construction materials<\/p>\n
Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades<\/p>\n
Mix, pour and spread materials<\/p>\n
Assist heavy equipment operators<\/p>\n
Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction<\/p>\n
Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites<\/p>\n
Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs<\/p>\n
Level earth to fine grade specifications<\/p>\n
Pave and rake asphalt<\/p>\n
Assist in demolishing buildings<\/p>\n
Clean and pile salvaged materials<\/p>\n
Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants<\/p>\n
Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites<\/p>\n
Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction<\/p>\n
Direct traffic at or near construction sites<\/p>\n
Read and interpret blueprints<\/p>\n
Perform basic and controlled interior demolition (removal of drywall, flooring, tiles, and existing finishes).<\/p>\n
Prepare work areas for new installations by ensuring cleanliness and organization.<\/p>\n
Assist with the installation of drywall panels on walls and ceilings.<\/p>\n
Support taping, mudding, and basic sanding under supervision.<\/p>\n
Prepare drywall surfaces for painting.<\/p>\n
Assist with the installation of laminate, vinyl (LVP), and ceramic flooring.<\/p>\n
Prepare subfloors through cleaning, basic leveling, and underlayment installation.<\/p>\n
Cut and adjust materials according to supervisor instructions.<\/p>\n
Assist with tile installation on floors and walls (bathrooms, kitchens, backsplashes).<\/p>\n
Prepare surfaces, mix adhesives, and apply grout under supervision.<\/p>\n
Handle and cut tiles using basic tools.<\/p>\n
Assist with the installation of interior doors, trims, baseboards, and moldings.<\/p>\n
Support the installation of cabinets and accessories.<\/p>\n
Perform minor adjustments and finishing clean-up.<\/p>\n
Prepare surfaces for painting (minor patching, sanding, and cleaning).<\/p>\n
Perform final site cleaning upon project completion.<\/p>\n
Use basic hand and power tools (drill, hammer, hand saw, sander).<\/p>\n
Maintain tools and work areas in a clean and safe condition.<\/p>\n
May drive to and from work locations<\/p>\n

Education:\u00a0Some secondary education is required<\/p>\n
Experience:\u00a0At least 1 year of experience as a general construction labourer are required.<\/p>\n
Driver\u2019s license is required.<\/p>\n

Flexibility in the schedule is required, as some days may start earlier and others may finish later, depending on the business needs and weather conditions. Work on weekends (Saturdays from 8 AM to 12 PM) may eventually be required, depending on the business needs. **We guarantee a minimum of 30 hours of work per week, regardless of the weather conditions.<\/p>\n
