Maintain quality control and production records
\nEnsure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
\nMaintain work records and logs
\nOperate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
\nSort, brand and handle animals
\nOperate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
\nAssist with breeding activities
\nDetect disease and health problems in livestock
\nMonitor animal health and provide care
\nAssist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures
\nHire and train staff
\nOrganize tasks to accomplish the work
\nTreat livestock health issues
\nMaintain financial and production records
\nFormulate feeding program
\nMaintain livestock performance records
\nDirect farm feed inventory activities
\nPrepare animals for transportation
\nPerform general farm duties
\nRequirements:<\/p>\n

-Education: Completion of secondary school is required.<\/p>\n
-Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in the field is required. If the candidate does not have a minimum of 2 years of experience, then a college certificate or other specialized training in agriculture of livestock husbandry is required.<\/p>\n

Important Information:\u00a0The regular schedule will be from Monday to Friday. The candidate will work 9-11 hours per day set anywhere between 5 AM and 8 PM. Flexibility on schedule is required as some days will start earlier and others finish later. Weekend work, overtime, as well as, work during holidays will be required based on the business needs. On-call work during nights or after hours is required in case of an emergency. 2 breaks of 15 minutes each (paid) and 45 minutes of unpaid lunchtime.<\/p>\n
