{"id":10611,"date":"2025-11-24T20:10:27","date_gmt":"2025-11-24T20:10:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobhouse.ca\/jobboards\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=10611"},"modified":"2025-12-02T21:55:19","modified_gmt":"2025-12-02T21:55:19","slug":"trugrp-inc-1567-sedlescomb-drive-mississauga-on-l4x-1m4-2-project-manager","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobhouse.ca\/jobboards\/job\/trugrp-inc-1567-sedlescomb-drive-mississauga-on-l4x-1m4-2-project-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Project Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>TruGrp, located at 1567 Sedlescomb Drive, Mississauga, ON L4X 1M4, seeks a full-time permanent project manager.\u00a0 Wage $57.69 hourly.\u00a0 Duties include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget<\/li>\n<li>Interpret and communicate technical specifications, drawings, and contract requirements to site staff, subtrades, and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee daily job site operations across multiple projects, maintaining logs, reports, and documentation as required.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise professionally with clients, consultants, engineers, and regulatory authorities to ensure delivery on budget, on schedule, and to company quality standards.<\/li>\n<li>Manage budgets, costs, and project profitability, including review of invoices, change orders, and billing.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate sequencing of work, and adapt plans to meet milestones.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement quality control programs<\/li>\n<li>Enforce company safety policies in conjunction with the Safety Officer and ensure compliance with OHSA, Building Code, and other regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and resources as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Direct, supervise, and support field staff and subcontractors, monitoring quality, productivity, and safety compliance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Two to three years of experience working in the commercial\/industrial\/institutional construction industry with at least six of those months working as a restoration project manager is required.\u00a0Efficient interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication are also required.
