Salary – $41.74 / Hour for 37.5 Hours / Week
Vacancies – 11 Vacancies
Terms of employment – Permanent, Full time
Start date – As soon as possible
Benefits – As per collective agreement

Job requirements
Languages – English
Education – No degree, certificate or diploma
Experience – 3 years to less than 5 years
Ability to Supervise 3-4 people
Own Tools/Equipment – Steel-toed safety boots
Transportation/Travel Information – Own transportation
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities – Tight deadlines, Physically demanding, Large workload, Handling heavy loads, Bending, crouching, kneeling
Work Location Information – Various locations
Work Site Environment – At heights, Confined spaces, Noisy, Dusty

Additional Skills – Instruct apprentices
Major Work Area – Construction, Renovation, Maintenance and repair
Specific Skills – Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements, Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials, Build foundations, install floor beams, lay sub-flooring and erect walls and roof systems, Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants and other establishments
