Overview
We are seeking a full time child care provider to help take care of a 2 year old and 4 year old while we (the parents) are away at work during the daytime. This position is available immediately.
The right candidate will have experience with young toddlers and infants.
Our home is located in Thornhill, Ontario.
$17 per hour. 40 hour work week.
Optional accommodation is available at no charge on a live-in basis. (This is NOT a requirement of employment.)
Main duties will include:
Assuming full responsibility for the household in absence of parents
Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children
Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
Organize activities such as games and outings for children
Prepare and serve nutritious meals
Supervise and care for children
Take children to and from school
