Job Description:
In-Home Caregiver/Nanny needed for 2 teens and one school aged child. Experience looking after multi age older children a plus.$14.00-$17.00 per hour for a 35 hr work week. salary depends on experience. Overtime occasionally may be required from 45-48 hrs and would be paid at 1.5 x per hour. Two days off per week on Saturday and Sunday. One year of relevant professional child care experience required. Minimum of Equivalent Canadian High School diploma required. Job hours begin at 6:30am and finish at 8:00pm. Mid day break while children are at school from 9:30am to 4:00pm. Must be flexible. Job located in East Gwillimbury, ON (Yonge St & Mt. Albert Road) English language spoken and written, required. Work to take place in employers home.Must be comfortable with animals on a farm.

Job Requirements:
Skills required–Supervise & care for children in employer’s residence; plan, prepare & serve meals for children; light housekeeping; oversee children’s activities; maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home; instruct children in personal hygiene; tend to the emotional well-being of children & support their social development; discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents; organize & participate in activities such as games, crafts, reading & outings; Homework help.

Good communication and decision making skills are essential. MUST BE FLEXIBLE
