Overview

Thai Basil is a fast paced and truly authentic Thai cuisine located in Richmond Hill (Major MacKenzie & Bayview). We are currently hiring the below positions:

 

Specialty Chef:

Job duties include: Direct food preparation and cooking extensive authentic Thai menu items, Create new recipes, Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food, Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff

Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events such as catering

 

Requirements: Minimum 2 years in preparing and cooking original Thai recipe and supervising and training to other kitchen staffs.  This job is open for all Canadians with the required experience including underrepresented groups: Newcomers and Youth are targeted. Demonstration on above experience is a must during interview.

 

F/T; Permanent. $19.5/hour; 44 hours/week.
