Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide support and assistance to
individuals with diverse needs. This role involves fostering a safe, nurturing environment while
promoting independence and well-being. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in
caregiving, with experience working with children or individuals with disabilities. This position offers an

Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals of all ages
Support developmental and educational activities tailored to individual needs
Implement care plans developed by healthcare professionals or program coordinators
Engage in teaching and learning activities that promote growth and development
Monitor health and safety conditions within the environment and report concerns promptly
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and progress notes
Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere for all clients

Experience
Prior classroom experience or experience working with children is highly desirable
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is preferred
Background in teaching or early childhood education is a plus
Previous caregiving experience demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism is
beneficial
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations are
essential

Responsibilities/Tasks
Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents
Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
Wash, iron and press clothing and household linens
Bathe, dress and feed infants and children
Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents
Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
Organize, activities such as games and outings for children
Prepare and serve nutritious meals
Prepare infants and children for rest periods
Supervise and care for children
Tend to emotional well-being of children
